钱月照，博士，讲师。主要从事铁电薄膜光电集成器件制备方面的研究。第四参与人参与国家基金委重点项目和天津市应用基础研究重点项目各1项，参与国家基金委面上项目1项。授权国家发明专利4项，申请美国专利1项。在国内外期刊第一作者身份发表SCI论文2篇。
